E-mail Marketing Manager for EMEA Consumer Business

 

As a part of a Global CRM team, the e-mail Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy and performance of Dell’s e-mail campaigns for the Dell consumer market in the region. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the e-mail vendor, creative agency, marketing, ODG and site teams to deliver on revenue targets, marketing initiatives and campaigns. The manager will also engage in cross-functional relationships with regional marketing, online as well as Global ODG team to support the short and long term goals of the online business.

 

Responsibilities

·Responsible for the development, testing, execution and analysis of e-mail campaigns to drive online e-mail growth and profitability.

·Understand the strategy and campaign requirements set forth by the business to implement best practices for e-mail programs.

·Responsible for campaign metrics and analysis and presenting those metrics and findings to internal business partners and senior management.

·Manage the relationship with e-mail vendor and creative agencies.

·Conduct E-mail planning, budgets and forecasts with the agency, planning and finance teams.

·Work with Global creative and EMEA production teams to ensure alignment for new product launches, offer messaging and specific product messaging in e-mails.

·Coordinate e-mail capture program to increase e-mail database & work with internal database team to ensure e-mail capture is compliant from privacy perspective.

·Analyze program response rates and iteratively drive improvements.

·Represent E-mail marketing discipline as a functional expert in EMEA providing performance analysis, initiative updates and input into marketing plans for regional marketing and global ODG.
